Parmesan Basil Grilled Corn on the Cob

1.7K

This perfect summer corn, grilled to perfection with basil, butter and parmesan is a must have on every summer barbecue menu!

It isn’t summer without a bright yellow pile of corn on the cob sitting center stage on your table!

My favorite way to make it? On the grill!

Wrapping the corn in foil and cooking it on the grill allows the butter, salt, basil and parmesan to cook into the corn kernels. I mean … butter-infused corn … that’s a hells yes!

BONUS … the foil makes for a clean grill!

Additional Toppings for Grilled Corn

Want to add a little extra something? These toppings are great additions to grilled corn on the cob.

  • Fresh arugula. This smoky flavored lettuces chopped and sprinkled over the top after grilling tastes delish!
  • Paprika. A light sprinkle adds both color and flavor.
  • Old Bay. One of my favorite seasonings. Makes me feel like I’m on the east coast every time I sprinkle it!
