Description
This oven-roasted broccoli is the perfect side dish for any meal. Roasted with lemon, salt, and pepper and topped with parmesan cheese it’s sure to please even the pickiest eaters. The florets come out lightly crispy and are delicious!

- 2 pounds broccoli
- ¼ cup olive oil
- Juice of one lemon
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Cut broccoli from core and stem into mostly equal florets.
- In a large bowl add broccoli, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. and stir to combine evenly.
- Spread out evenly on a lightly sprayed baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Using a spatula turn broccoli. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Bake another 5 minutes or until evenly browning.
- Plate and enjoy.
